This is your opportunity to practice with one of Grand Rapids' only yoga alliance registered prenatal yoga teachers. Heather is a mother of three and practiced yoga daily while pregnant with twins.

Be a part of the first boys' water polo team in the history of Forest Hills! This team includes boys from Central, Northern, and Eastern middle schools. Participants must be able to swim and tread water; swim team experience is not required. Practice takes place on Monday and Wednesday, 7:00-9:00 PM.

Tournament dates include September 10-11, September 17-18, September 24-25, October 1-2, October 8-9, and the champion tournament on October 15-16. Players are responsible for transportation to and from tournaments; carpooling is encouraged. All participants must have a physical on file prior to the first practice. Team t-shirt provided.

Bonjour! In this class, students will learn basic communication phrases, colors, days of the week, weather, seasons, and other routine elements. Students will put their skills to use by asking questions and learning how to express likes and dislikes. Songs, games, and coloring will be used to make learning fun! 

Delphine Duclos is a Michigan and France certified native French and Elementary teacher. She specializes in bilingual French-English education and has worked in the USA since 2004, in Louisiana, at the International School of Boston, and in Michigan! She loves teaching children, speaking languages, and traveling.

Using traditional yoga poses, as well as pranayama and meditation, we will stretch the body and calm the nervous system in preparation for relaxation at the end of the day. This class is for all levels. 

Liz Fulsher has completed her RYT 500 and has been teaching yoga since 2001. She is an avid student of yoga and enjoys sharing the practice.

This slow flow multi-level class will include options for new yogis and seasoned practitioners.  Students will learn the benefits of linking breath with yoga poses to create a practice that feels mindful, grounded, and peaceful.  Modifications will be provided and encouraged when needed. Students must bring a blanket and yoga mat to class.
